Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries, fresh
  • 2 tbsp sugar, erythritol or xylitol
  • 150 ml whipped cream (vegan with almond cream, for example)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Briefly rinse the strawberries and remove the green parts. Then cut them into pieces and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, xylitol, or erythritol and mix briefly with a spoon to ensure the sugar is evenly distributed. Let stand for at least an hour to allow the juice to form. Now pour the cream over the strawberries, stir briefly, and enjoy. While it’s a bit richer than with milk, it also tastes better. Vegans can make this recipe with almond cream, soy cream, or similar.
