Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 8 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs, chopped
- e.g. butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Whisk together the eggs, milk, and oats and let stand for 30 minutes. Heat the butter in a pan and pour in the mixture. Stir continuously with a fork over high heat until everything has set. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
