Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 m.-sized onion(s), cut into rings
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients, including the onion rings. Brush the mixture onto the grilled meat. Pour the remaining marinade over the meat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Turn occasionally if necessary. This serves 1 kg of meat. The onion rings can be grilled later.
