Porridge with blueberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml milk
  • 45 g oat flakes
  • 15 g hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 15 g walnuts
  • 40 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp, levelled honey
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the oats in a small saucepan with a pinch of salt and pour over the milk. Heat the oats gently over medium heat, stirring regularly, until thickened. Once the oats have reached the desired consistency, stir in the nuts, flaxseed, and honey, and gently fold in the blueberries. Remove from heat after about 1 minute and serve warm.
