Garlic sauce, (not only) with baked potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • some herb mixture, ready-made, for salad dressing (dill herbs)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 cucumber(s), peeled
  • 1 small gherkin(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious for grilling, as a dip or for fondue (great for Quick-Chef)

Grate the cucumber and finely chop the gherkin (or chop both in the Quick Chef). Press the garlic clove or finely chop it and add it. Add the remaining ingredients and seasonings. Whisk (or mix everything together in the Quick Chef) and season to taste.
