Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of bread (whole grain)
- 125 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 small bananas
- 1 tbsp Nutella
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Whole grain with banana – chocolate – mush
Scoop out the bananas with a teaspoon, which will make a nice mash, and transfer them to a bowl. Mix the quark with Nutella well, then mash everything together and spread it on the slices of bread. These are best eaten with a knife and fork. Tip: It also tastes great on toasted waffles or white bread and spreads beautifully.
