Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 200 g surimi
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 shallot(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for brunch

Peel and finely chop the eggs and shallot. Cut the surimi sticks into small slices and place everything in a bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise until smooth and stir in. Let it sit for at least an hour. Tastes delicious on toast or fresh rolls. An ideal brunch recipe, it’s easy to prepare the night before.
