Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 rolls, e.g. with sesame
  • margarine
  • 3 cubes of cream cheese, e.g. Kiri
  • 3 radishes, finely diced
  • 1 spring onion(s), finely chopped
  • some salt and pepper
  • some olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar, white

Instructions

Mix the radishes and spring onions thoroughly. Spread the margarine and cream cheese on the sliced ​​rolls and sprinkle with the radish/spring onion mixture. Lightly season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil. Finally, drizzle with white balsamic vinegar sparingly (it’s best to spray). The colorful rolls, with their name (ABC stands for vitamins), are also a hit with children.
