Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cucumbers (cucumbers)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 6 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp herbs (herbs de Provence)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cucumber salad without mayo
Peel the cucumbers. Slice the cucumbers very thinly. Peel the onion and dice very finely. Place in a bowl, mix with the remaining ingredients, season to taste, and chill for 15 minutes.
