Flatbread topped with chard

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large flatbread(s) or 2 small
  • 200 g chard or leaf spinach
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 feta cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the bread in half and place it on two baking sheets. Slice the tomatoes. Mix the sour cream with the crushed garlic and salt and spread it on the bread. Briefly blanch the chard/spinach with boiling water and let it drain (if using frozen spinach, simply defrost the spinach in the microwave). Top the bread with the spinach and tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Finally, top with feta or mozzarella slices. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
