Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250g pulled pork
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • 220 ml barbecue sauce
  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 2 onions, red
  • 1 pack of grated Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

with flatbread

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven) and cut the flatbread in half. Then dice the bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Cut the pulled pork into small pieces. Mix the barbecue sauce and crème fraîche in a bowl. Then spread the sauce on both halves of the flatbread. Distribute the diced bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes, along with the pulled pork, on the flatbread. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake the flatbread for about 30 minutes at 180°C (fan oven) until the cheese is golden brown.
