Breakfast scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • some oil
  • 1 slice(s) wholemeal bread
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice(s) of feta cheese
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegetarian and lightning fast

Finely dice the onion and cut the bread into 1 x 1 cm cubes. Heat the oil and fry both in a pan until the bread is brown and crispy and the onions are translucent. Meanwhile, clean the bell pepper, first slice it, then dice it. Add it to the pan and fry briefly. Beat the eggs, season with salt, pepper, and herbs, if desired. Pour over the remaining ingredients in the pan. Dice the feta cheese or crumble it with your hands and sprinkle it over the eggs. Let the eggs set until the desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
