Wholemeal rolls with tomatoes and mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls (wholemeal)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • ½ head of lettuce (head)
  • some butter or margarine
  • possibly balsamic vinegar
  • lots of herbs of Provence, or fresh herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Super healthy and delicious

Cut open the rolls and spread with butter. Cut the lettuce into small pieces and place on top. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and place on top. Season with balsamic vinegar, if desired, and sprinkle with Provençal herbs. Cover with the top half of the roll.
