Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 150g Gorgonzola

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

as a side dish or hearty snack

Preheat oven to 180°C (gas mark 3, fan oven 160°C). Slice the ciabatta and Gorgonzola. Top the ciabatta with the Gorgonzola and place it on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve as a side dish with soup or as a snack with salad.
