Delicious breakfast

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ banana(s)
  • ½ apple
  • 25 g oat flakes, 2 slightly heaped tbsp
  • 25 g cornflakes, 2 tbsp
  • 150 g natural yogurt 1.5%
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick to make, with fruit, also for children

Mix the yogurt with the milk, then add the oats and cornflakes. Cut the washed fruit into bite-sized pieces, add them, and mix lightly. Use your favorite cornflakes. If you’re using unsweetened cornflakes, you can stir a little honey into the yogurt, if you like. I add the milk because of the oats, which absorb liquid. The fruit can, of course, be substituted. I’m always looking for something different in the morning, and since I haven’t found this combination here on Chefkoch.de yet, but remembered it from school as a kid, I thought I’d post it here.
