Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g cream
  • 1 pack of frozen raspberries
  • 100 g almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp, heaped sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick and delicious quark and raspberry dessert

Whisk the quark, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar together until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. In a glass bowl, alternate layers of cream, frozen raspberries, and cream. In a pan, caramelize the almonds with butter and sugar and sprinkle them on top of the last layer of cream.
