Quark dish with raspberries and butter biscuits

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 pack of bourbon vanilla flavoring (e.g. Finesse)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 200 g butter biscuits

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, tasty and quick

Crumble the butter biscuits very finely. Mix the low-fat quark with the sugar, bourbon vanilla flavoring, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Then add half of the raspberries. Whip the cream with cream stiffener, if desired, until stiff peaks form and fold in. Layer the butter biscuit crumbs and quark dessert in dessert glasses or a glass bowl, alternating layers. Top with the remaining raspberries.
