Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 80 g oat flakes, flower-soft
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 80 g cherry(s), dried
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 60 g hazelnuts, roasted, ground
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear(s), ripe
  • Cinnamon, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

in my own way

Scrape out the vanilla pod and mix the seeds with the oats and yogurt in a large bowl. Let the oats soak for 30 minutes. Roughly chop the dried cherries. Stir the honey, lemon juice, hazelnuts, and cherries into the oat mixture. Wash the apple and pear and coarsely grate them, unpeeled. Mix everything together and season with a little cinnamon, if desired.
