Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of toast
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 shot of milk
- some cinnamon
- e.g. plum jam, or apple sauce/jam etc.
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Ready in no time, with plum jam, for breakfast or in between meals
Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl and add a splash of milk. Add the cinnamon and mix well. Toss the toast slices in the egg mixture and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Once they’re slightly crispy, brush the slices with a little plum jam and enjoy while still warm.
