  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 2 slices of toast
  • 10 g butter
  • 30 g sour cream
  • 30 g cream cheese
  • 10 g mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Toast the toast and spread first with butter, then cream cheese, and then sour cream. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and arrange them on the toast slices. Sprinkle each egg slice with a dab of mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Vary the amounts according to your taste. It also tastes great on bread and is especially delicious on rolls.
