Cherry pepper and feta dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar bell pepper(s) (cherry), filled with cream cheese
  • 1 package of feta cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • some paprika powder
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious as a spread, as a side dish to potatoes, or as a dip for vegetables

Using a hand blender, puree the pickled cherry peppers, cream cheese, and a clove of crushed garlic until smooth. Add the feta and blend briefly again, ensuring small feta pieces remain. Stir in 3 tablespoons of sour cream and season with paprika and a little pepper, if desired.
