Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g applesauce
  • some cinnamon powder
  • some clove powder
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 250 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

with applesauce

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 4 minutes (or according to the gelling sugar instructions). Pour into jars. Close lids. Let cool.
