Arugula Sour Cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g arugula
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 400 g double cream cheese
  • 400g sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the arugula and drain well. Peel and roughly chop the garlic clove. Using a hand blender, finely purée half of the arugula, the garlic clove, and the milk. Set aside a few leaves of the remaining arugula and roughly chop the rest. Mix the arugula purée, cream cheese, sour cream, and chopped arugula. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the purée and arrange the reserved leaves on top.
