Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apples, sweet and sour
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 4 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp, heaped soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) of your choice
  • 2 shots of oat milk (oat drink)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Dice the apples and banana and place them in a small bowl. Add all the seeds and kernels, then stir in the yogurt and oat milk. Mix well and let stand for 2 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
