Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g feta cheese
- 80 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 carrot(s)
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tsp chives, frozen
- ½ tsp marjoram

Mash the feta cheese with a fork in a bowl and mix with the eggs. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the feta cheese. Add 3 tablespoons of water. Finely grate the carrot, dice the onion, and fold both into the batter. Finally, season the batter with chives and marjoram. Pour 1 heaped tablespoon of batter into the waffle iron for each waffle and bake for 6-7 minutes. This batter yields 7 waffles.
