Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g spinach, chopped, frozen
- 100 g flour
- 100 g double cream cheese
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 eggs
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
- 100 g grated gratin cheese, e.g. Emmental
- Butter for the mold

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Thaw the spinach. Blend the spinach with the flour, cream cheese, quark, eggs, and spices in a mixer until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake, covered, on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Remove the lid and sprinkle the grated cheese over the pie. Leave in the oven for a few more minutes until the cheese is lightly browned. Serve with tomato salad.
