Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 16 basil leaves
  • 16 mini mozzarella
  • 8 small tomatoes
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the cucumber and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. Wash the basil leaves. Split the tomatoes in half. Now alternate the cucumber, basil, mozzarella, and half the tomato on a toothpick. Finally, add a few dollops of mayonnaise with a skewer.
