Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 ml water
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 450 g flour (type 405)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 600 g spinach (creamed spinach, frozen)
- 400 g cream cheese, natural
- 100 g almonds, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Make a pizza dough from water, salt, olive oil, flour, sugar, and dry yeast. Mix the ingredients together and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the cream cheese on top, sprinkle with sliced almonds if desired, and top with the thawed spinach. If you think a proper pizza needs cheese, you can of course add it to the pizza. Simply spread the cheese on top of the spinach layer. Tip: The cream cheese varies in consistency depending on the brand and fat content. To make it easier to spread on the pizza dough, I usually put it in a bowl and mix it with a little milk. This creates a creamier mixture that is easy to spread on the dough with a tablespoon. Then bake the baking sheet in a preheated oven on the middle rack for about 35-45 minutes at 200-225°C (without fan).
