Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 scoops of ice cream (Bourbon vanilla ice cream)
- 300 g raspberries, fresh, frozen in winter
- ½ bunch lemon balm
- ½ bunch mint
- 100 g brown sugar
- n. B. chocolate decoration

a summer dessert, delicious and fresh, a poem even in winter
Set aside a few herb leaves for garnish, finely chop the rest, and mix with the sugar in a small bowl. Cover and let stand for a while. Meanwhile, arrange two ice cream scoops on each plate and garnish with the washed raspberries. If desired, crush the herb mixture slightly with a mortar and pestle and sprinkle over the raspberries. Garnish everything with chocolate decorations and the remaining leaves.
