Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 scoops of ice cream (Bourbon vanilla ice cream)
  • 300 g raspberries, fresh, frozen in winter
  • ½ bunch lemon balm
  • ½ bunch mint
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • n. B. chocolate decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Set aside a few herb leaves for garnish, finely chop the rest, and mix with the sugar in a small bowl. Cover and let stand for a while. Meanwhile, arrange two ice cream scoops on each plate and garnish with the washed raspberries. If desired, crush the herb mixture slightly with a mortar and pestle and sprinkle over the raspberries. Garnish everything with chocolate decorations and the remaining leaves.
