Peel the kohlrabi and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Boil in salted water for about 8-10 minutes; the slices should not become too soft. Drain. Prepare three deep plates. Place the wheat flour in one plate and the breadcrumbs in another. In the third, mix the chickpea flour with a little water and the smoked paprika until sticky. Coat the kohlrabi slices first in the flour, then in the chickpea flour mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan with oil until crispy.
