Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Season the minced meat generously with salt and pepper, form four patties and fry in the pan until not fully cooked, then let cool slightly. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Slice the gherkins. Roll out the tarte flambée dough, divide it in two and stack a slice of cheese, patty, sliced cucumber, fried onion, sliced cheese, sliced tomato and finally the patty. If you like it with sauce: spread the desired sauce e.g. mustard, ketchup, homemade, etc. on the patty. Close the tarte flambée dough around the mountain to form a ball and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the burger parcels on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 15 minutes on the middle shelf.
