Crepe – fruit skewer

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 crêpes from the refrigerated section, or homemade
  • 2 handfuls of fruit of your choice (apples, grapes, banana…), not too soft
  • 2 tbsp Nutella or other nut cream
  • lots of powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

sweet and fruity, makes 14 skewers

Spread a thin layer of nut cream on one crêpe, place another on top and press together. Then cut the crêpe into strips about 1.5 cm wide. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Now it gets a little tricky. You alternate the crêpe and the fruit on a wooden skewer. The crêpe practically winds around the fruit. Another variation: You take just one crêpe, spread it thinly with nut cream and roll it up. Then you cut the rolled-up crêpe into slices about 1 cm thick and skewer these, alternating with the fruit. For both versions, I recommend starting with a piece of fruit to hold the crêpe in place a little. Place the finished skewers on a large plate and garnish with powdered sugar.
