Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 80 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- some fat for the waffle iron

Very simple, quick and productive dough that is super delicious… a hit not only with children
Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy, add the remaining ingredients, and whisk on high for about 5 minutes until creamy. Then bake the waffles in a greased waffle iron. Waffle batter is usually very thick, and you’ll need quite a bit to fill the waffle iron. This batter is quite runny. For a standard-sized waffle iron, half a scoop of this batter is enough for one waffle; it rises well in the waffle iron.
