Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg grapes
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

without additives

Remove the stems from the grapes and puree them in a bowl. Press the mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth and collect the juice in a saucepan. This will yield 1 liter of liquid, which you then mix with the sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Immediately pour the jelly into jars and seal.
