  • 200 g kiwi(s), net, approx. 3 pieces
  • 85 g apple (1 small) , net
  • 220 g pineapple, fresh, net
  • 10 g ginger root, fresh, net
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 1 bag(s) of citric acid
  • 260 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Recipe for a 3.5 l SC, 200 watts

Peel and core the kiwi and apple, roughly chop them, place them in a bowl, then immediately squeeze the lemon juice over them and mix in. Peel and roughly chop the pineapple and add it to the bowl. Finely chop the ginger and add it to the bowl. Place everything in a food processor and mix briefly. If you prefer a smoother consistency without any chunks, puree everything very finely with a hand blender. Pour the mixture into the CP pot, add the citric acid and gelling sugar, and stir very thoroughly. Set on high for 1 hour. Then lift the lid and stir slowly and thoroughly. Replace the lid and continue cooking on high for another 50 minutes. Remove the lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes on high until it reduces slightly, stirring occasionally. Fill into twist-off jars. Makes 1 jar of approx. 350 ml and 1 jar of approx. 200 ml.
