Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g sour cherries, pitted
  • 500 g pear(s), ripe, without core
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 35 minutes

Combine the sour cherries and pears with the lemon juice and preserving sugar and let it steep for four hours. Then boil everything for five minutes and pour it into clean jars while still hot.
