Sweet and sour wrap

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 point wrap(s)
  • 700 g pork schnitzel or chicken breast
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 bottle of sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 iceberg lettuce or lettuce hearts
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with pork or chicken

Cut the schnitzel or chicken breast into strips and fry in a hot pan. Dice the bell peppers. Mix the cream cheese and sweet and sour sauce in a small bowl until creamy. Then stir in the bell peppers. Spread the wraps with 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture. Cut in half. Arrange a small torn lettuce leaf in the center of the wrap. Place 5-6 pieces of meat on the wrap and roll up. Place the wraps in a baking dish and cover with cheese. Place in the oven at 150°C for a few minutes until the cheese has melted, and serve.
