Noodle – Seafood – Casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g seafood (fresh or frozen)
  • 80 g pasta (any type)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 400 g tomatoes (chunked; canned)
  • 15 g breadcrumbs
  • 40 g cheese, grated up to 30% fat i.d.m.
  • some chili powder
  • some thyme
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Thaw and rinse the seafood. Crush 1/2 a garlic clove in salt. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the garlic and seafood, season with chili powder, and fry for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with the tomatoes, season with thyme, and add a little more salt if desired. Mix the sauce with the pasta and pour into a baking dish. Mix the remaining half of the garlic clove with the breadcrumbs and cheese and sprinkle it over the casserole. Bake at 200°C (gas mark 3; fan oven: 180°C) for 20 minutes.
