Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ¼ kg turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Parsley
  • chili powder
  • Pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy for parties

Wash the turkey breast and pat dry. Rub with oil, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Place on a roasting pan and roast in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C / fan oven: 175°C / gas mark 3) for 1 1/4 hours. Garnish with parsley and chili peppers. Serve with taco sauce, chili sauce, or other dips.
