Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 peach(s), ripe
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tbsp acacia honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

in the ice cream machine

Peel and pit the peaches, and cut them into smaller pieces. Then, using a hand blender, puree the pieces until smooth. Add the water and honey and blend everything thoroughly. Then, churn the mixture in an ice cream maker for 40-50 minutes until it forms a creamy sorbet and serve immediately. Alternatively, you can freeze the mixture for about five hours, stirring every half hour.
