Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml carrot juice
  • 300 ml orange juice
  • 300 ml apple juice
  • 1 medium-sized lemon(s), juice
  • 1 pack of gelling agent, 3:1
  • 300 g sugar, or 25 ml sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

or “rabbit breakfast”

Combine the juices with the sugar and gelling agent, heat, and boil for 4 minutes. Quickly pour the jelly into twist-off jars and turn them upside down for 5 minutes! This is how quickly you make a great Easter gift!
