Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small shallot(s), finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ½ bunch parsley
- 250 g butter
- 150 g ground walnuts
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the parsley, shake dry, and chop finely. Melt about 1/3 of the butter in a saucepan. Sauté the shallot and garlic until tender. Sauté the parsley and walnuts for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the pan from the heat, let it cool slightly, add the remaining butter in pieces and stir in, then refrigerate. Whisk the walnut butter until fluffy before serving.
