Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of toast
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 1 slice(s) pineapple
- 2 handfuls of cheese (Emmental), grated
- 1 tbsp ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Spread two slices of toast thinly with ketchup. Top one half with ham, 3/4 of the grated cheese, and the pineapple slice. Sprinkle the other half with the remaining cheese, then place the second slice of ham on top. Place the two slices of toast in the oven, not folded. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) on the middle rack of the baking sheet until the cheese has melted and the toast is nice and crisp. Then fold them together to form a sandwich and serve.
