  • 600 ml milk
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 15 g butter
  • 60 g sugar or sweetener
  • e.g. cinnamon

Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes

Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil with the oats, stirring constantly. When the milk and oats begin to thicken, stir in the sugar. Then add the egg and mix. Finally, melt the butter into the porridge. If desired, add cinnamon to taste. For a more calorie-conscious version, use sweetener instead of sugar.
