Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml cream
  • 100 ml coconut milk from the can
  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

without egg, for the ice cream maker, very easy

Mix all ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved. Prepare in the ice cream maker as usual.
