Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 160 g sugar
  • 6 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 500 ml cream
  • 5 tbsp rum, or adjusted amount of rum flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 18 hours; Total time approx. 18 hours 15 minutes

Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs with an electric mixer for 5-10 minutes until frothy. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and stir into the egg foam along with the rum or rum flavoring. It’ll be ready to enjoy after 1-2 days in the freezer.
