Avocado sorbet

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 3 oranges
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 lemons
  • 400 g water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and pit the avocados. Puree the flesh and drizzle with citrus juice. Add the sugar, salt, and water and mix well. Then pour the mixture into the running ice cream maker. After about 30-45 minutes, the ice cream will be solid. Then you can transfer it to a pre-chilled container and keep it in the freezer for up to two weeks. Serve with fruit puree and cookies. It can be served as an exotic dessert, but also as a starter!
