Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta of your choice
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • some oil
  • 80 g cooked ham, diced
  • 80 g chorizo, diced
  • 400 ml tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, sauté the onion and garlic in a large pan with a little oil. Add the ham and chorizo ​​and cook. Pour in the tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
