Baked apple rings with cinnamon and sugar

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp water
  • some lemon juice
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • 5 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Core the apples with a corer. Peel, if desired, or slice into rings with the skin on. Mix all the remaining ingredients, except the cinnamon, into the batter. Dip the apple slices into the batter and fry in batches in a hot pan for about 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
